Today i am going to talk about some interesting stats about the san jose sharks. To start it off i will tell you that they are the first team to win the presidents trophy and go out in the first round. By the way thats not a good thing.(I'm just glad the won at least two games).Heres a fact about joe thorton : ever since joe thorton has been on the sharks he has lead the team in points from 2005-2009 and who knows if they don't trade him away he might just do it again. So i would think that joe thorton is the best player.

Today im going to talk about what i think the sharks need to change, from goalies to drafts. first of all i think that they need to get rid of the goalie, it makes me angry watching nabokov let in terrible goals. But the thing is if they trade him they can get a good deal because he is worth lots. i also think that they need to get a good young guy to get. that is what i think they should do.

They are out. In the fifth game they lost 4-1. It was horrible to watch. It was heart breaking. I was so mad that i broke something. It was a horid game, they did everything wrong. It was a disgrace.

huh. That was a sigh of disappointment. The sharks lost last night to give the ducks a 3-1 series lead. Now for the sharks to win they have to win three straight so it is possible but there is not much hope. So from what i think... the sharks are done. Next year will be interesting though, because i think the sharks should hit the reset button, start over from scratch, new players, new coaches, new general manager. Everything brand new. Here's a fact: if san jose loses they will be the first team in the nhl that won the presidents trophy and go out in the first round.

As of right now it is the seventh day of the playoffs. The san jose sharks are down 2-0 looking for the away game winner. if they lose it could be a repeat of last years second round against the dallas stars were the stars won the first three games and the sharks came back to lose 3-2. Lets hope for the sharks sake that does not happen again. The sharks are a well rounded team with great offence and defence, But i think there real weekness is in goaltending. Although nabokov make good saves, he has a horrible save %. Out of the first two games he has faced 43 shots and let in 5 shots giving him a 0.88% of all the shots saved. Now theres some stats! Go sharks!!

For my new post this will be rather quick because im just going to fill you in on the first round. For the first round the sharks are doing not so good. for the first game san jose lost 2-0, with E. Nabokov saving 15 out of 17 shots on goal. But unforchanently thats was not enough to match J. Hillers 35 saves for the shutout. And the goal scorers in that game were Scott Niedermayer and Ryan Getzlaf. The second game was much closer though. With E. Nabokov faceing 26 shot and J. Hiller faceing 44 the duck came out a head with a three two lead. . The sharks came out on the bottom yet again. With the score 3-2 the ducks took that game to go up 2-0 in the series

What i think about the playoff match ups.

Finally the playoffs are about to start! The match ups are out! Western conference : Eastern conference :
SHARKS VS Ducks Bruins VS Canadeins
Red wings VS Jackets Capitals VS Rangers
Canucks VS Blues Devils VS Hurricanes
Black hawks VS Flames Penguins VS Flyers

I think this year for some of the teams that are lower on the list they will really pull together and give the better teams a run for there money. (including the sharks) The only teams i dont think will do good is the : Canadeins, Cunucks and the Rangers.

I think as good i mean great as the san jose sharks are, the unmighty ducks are going to give the a hard time. i think the sharks are still going to win.
